February ( And Spring Is Coming I Think)

I promised myself at least one entry a month to keep going with this new concept.  Not being a diary...or in today's vernacular, a journal...person I must push myself to write entries even if I feel I have nothing to share.  Not that I don't have a lot going on. I certainly do. However I need some time to decide which direction to take this and which of my numerous crafty/artistic interests should become a focus here. 

I promise myself this.  By my March entry I will have posted something for sale in my Etsy Shop and even perhaps post something on Flickr.

Just The Beginning

So.   Not to be left behind the times, I am jumping into the world of Blogginess just to see if it is a good fit for me AND also to continue my creative journey in a more public environment.   Yup, I have spent many years in the basement sewing, knitting, painting, drawing, woodworking, bookbinding, paper crafting, making collages and so much more.  The basement has always been the only space I've had to set up my stuff and have fun.  Someday I will have a real studio with windows and vast shelves of neatly arranged supplies and enormous clear work tables but until then it's off to the basement with me and my ideas.
